Sorry, I don't see how it matters. Wasn't Ronnie Coleman a bsn athlete while he competed?
A sponsorship deal with one of the industries top brands.....death sentence indeed.
Doesn't bother me... Trey Brewer was signed to BSN after winning the NPC Excalibur championships and not even competing in the Jr Nationals yet

Yeah I don't get it.
Its more of a gamble on the Brands part... You hope to get an athlete without a lot of backing that could potentially blow up and earn you lots of cash (musclemeds + Kai Greene). Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesnt
I believe the "death sentence" part is a reference to the belief of some that the judging is biased towards MuscleTech athletes.
I say good on him.
are you saying "death sentence"because of the guys like Roelly, Curry, and Wolf that are signed to BSN & have poor placings?
Good for him.
they had poor placings cause of there conditioning.
are you saying "death sentence"because of the guys like Roelly, Curry, and Wolf that are signed to BSN & have poor placings?
wolf is no longer signet with BSN, and i would not call 2 at Arnold and 6 at mr 0 "Poor placings"

I would call 2nd at the Arnold poor when it was behind branch
I would call 2nd at the Arnold poor when it was behind branch
lol yes the judges must be drunk, he was behind brench at the olympia to,when branch should not even got top 10 that year.
I personally dont think its a bad move. Im actually excited to see what dallas brings to the pro stage. however the mention of bsn athletes poor placings is a good point. I know they are still waiting for the "next big thing" or ronnie coleman part 2 if you will. Im not even hinting that dallas has that kind of potential either lol. I just saw it on guy cisternino's instagram feed and thought it was interesting.

So it is BSN's fault that Curry comes with 8 week out conditioning? Or Roelly fails at coming in full and has a bunch of holes?

So this since everyone gets one and they can pick and chose from all the offers.

It would be hard to knock Branch when you look at his career resume. Also he beat both Phil and Dex in the Mr O. So dunno man, lol.
But yeah, I think every Pro would tell you please somebody sign me. Help free up my daily life so I can focus on my bodybuilding career more.

Branch looked great at the 09 Olympia no doubt, but the 12 Arnold (which I'm assuming he was referring to) was a different story

Yeah, the only thing that always comes to mind is. What people say who are at the shows compared to those looking at pictures from the show. Everyone at the shows always say Branch looks hard as a rock. Of corse there's the battle wounds Branch has. But it just never seemed to have mattered much I guess to the judges. Not until this year at the Mr O that is. But yeah I was pulling for Wolf both times.

Even if he looks hard as hell, his waist was really wide, his right quad was gone and he just looked like mud from the back,I thought he was lucky to be top 6 at the O this year and there's no way he should have finished above Wolf
Welcome to the team :D

Trick Question.
Answer is:MuscleTech
Starts bodybuilding in 2011
Turns Pro in 2012
Top sponsorship deal in 2013.
The guy is quite the success story.
Good for him. No death sentence, just plenty of exposure for his career.
Up to him now to fulfil the faith shown in him by BSN.
wtf does it take to grow that much in 3 years

You act like he had never touched a weight until 3 years ago. He had been lifting for football before that.
