right leg bigger than the left??
My right leg (the thigh mostly) is about 2.5 cm. bigger (wider) than my left
what could be the cause of that and how can i train to even them out?
i train legs on sundays and my routine consists of squats, extensions, curls and horizontal press. when i do extensions and curls for the last few weeks i have been training my left leg with one higher plate than my right on the last set, and also for the horizontal leg press. its only been about there weeks now so i dont really notice any results yet but was just wondering if this might b enough. i spoke to my doctor and she said to see how this goes for now and if theres no noticable result after a while she might look into it a lil deeper i/e send me to a very expensive physio therapist.
would anyone have any alternative ideas?
