Super cent came in today, as did slip on's. Really pumped about those, no more trash bags for me. Its pretty damn thick and tight. Next week's squats I'll take both TRX and SC and do sets in both

Unbiased in a strict Fed: Red/light pink (could go either way but probably good)/medium to dark pink/white. Clearly strength is not an issue but since you're getting used to the gear and so forth I figure it is probably good to be hypercritical.

Squat 2x2 with 675, 1x1 with 705 in suit
Dead 5x5 with 450, 4x4 with 475 in bottoms, 3x3 with 525, 2x2 with 550, and 1x1 with 575 in suit
Bench 2x2 with 465 and 1x1 with 490 in tight shirt

Naw I think you're right, the 2nd and 3rd reps all looked there, the first reps were a bit close but I think got progressively betterer

I know they had ups and downs but none were good enough, thats for sure. I think any issues I'm having now might be because the weight is a little too light. But any issue I have now will also probably be exposed a lot come full gear time

I spent 24 total hours on a 20 page intro with 50 sources that I turned in on Monday
I got a 95
Some kid turned in 3 pages, got a hundred
Every single one of these ****s works 1/100th as hard as I do and gets better grades than me. So ****ing pissed. I'm a research assistant and I'm gonna get a B in research methods while these ****s get As. Oh and I'm the ****ing RA of the ex phys lab and I'm gonna get a B in that class too.

Once this meet is over i'm going to drop some weight really fast, and then start a bbing cycle
M- Heavy lower+prehab (so if you wanted to be a ph4ggot you could call it ME)
T- Heavy upper plus pre-hab
Th-Medium lower (RE, again)
F- Medium upper
Try to put on some more muscle mass. Still gonna be doing the comp lifts at least once a week each, probably 2x for squat and bench. Going to rotate in a lot more secondary lifts though
