it might be cheating for a pro bodybuilder when cutting for a competition. for you? no. really.
1L of whol milk is like 650cal... why not. And why would that be cheating?
Calories are Calories..unless you're really into the full health aspect of eating just drink that if you need 800 calories.
I'm more of a macro breakdown guy rather than total calorie count though along with eating for health instead of just getting calories in.

its not cheating. buy your going to get a ton of fat with that. go for it if it hits your macros.
I drink four 850 calorie portions of milk per day and the only thing I feel bad about is my wallet...

Derp, strong grams of fat.
+ Milk is cheap as ****, don't know what you're talking about
Alright cool thanks guys it just feels like cheating because it feels like it would be so much easier just to drink tons of calories just from milk and not really have to worry about eating all day
there is not that much fat in whole milk dude...
no where near 2600 grams of fat............................
its only 2400 calories in 1 gallon.
its 8 grams of fat x 16 per gallon.

Sh*t haha, dunno why I ended up multiplying 22 (total cups per day) by 120. I think I was thinking calories from fat? Anyways, it's like 176g of fat.
And a gallon of milk is 3.68 here, and having basically 1 per day gets expensive.

Yeah, I know you didn't mean to lol. Anyway, I still think 2400 calories for 3.68 is decently cheap. Idunnolol

**** 176 g fat? thats almost double of what I have in a day lol.

I mean, by itself that isn't expensive haha...but $3.68 seven times a week is ~26 dollars a week. That's ~1400 dollars a year just to milk lol...that coupled with food and living expenses and school = my wallet feels empty :(

Imo, when people accept the fact that gaining some fat isn't a bad thing, that's when the real gains start coming in.

You drink 22 cups of milk a day!? Why would you do that...do you eat any food? I have done gomad before but your doing significantly more than even that.
And in terms of a quick meal, it would personally take me a decent amount of time to drink 40+ ounces of whole milk unless i chugged it, ion which case i would probably get sick.

I agree, however. Im an athlete so for me to run my fastest, I need to have very minimal BF. the more BF i have, the slower I am, so for me, stregth gains are great and I am still getting them. But lowering my BF is also a goal I have in mind. Which is why I could not bring myself to eat 176g of fat in milk alone
Your an idiot...dietary fat is not the same as fat gain. Calories in, calories out...doesn't matter if your an athlete or not ;)
Depends on the milk. (I would assume not skim since you'd have like 2.5 cups left out of a gallon. lol
I did that once.. for the next couple days I suffered with a extreme case of diarrhea.

My bf% has hardly gone up. Started at around 11% and I'm sitting at 13-14% as of now.
if i were you i would want a whole wheat peanut butter, honey, and banana sangwich with either a protein shake or milk of your choice.
