Having sex regularly won't effect your gains so long as your eating, sleeping, etc. is normal.

Actually there was a study a while back. Chinese conducted it. A group of men (obviously), withdrew from masturbation or sex for a week time. The test reached an all time high on the 7th day at about 146%, then the following day the test dramatically dropped. So as long as you don't go past 7 days holding out a few days might actually raise your test. As well, there's an article in general site that says to arouse yourself etc before working out to raise test levels, then workout and masturabte afterwards.
