i dont know about the soda, but yes you should take creatine on non workout days so your muscles stay saturated with creatine.
10g per day seems like a little much if your not loading, most people do 5g per day.
ok thanks buddy just wanted to know
whats the best drink to take it with for best results?
there shouldn't be any problem with mixing creatine monohydrate with soda. However, in the supplement market now, most of the creatine monohydrate supplements come with 'delicious' flavours, so mixing with milk or water should taste great :D It is definitely not like glutamate where normally slightly bitter powders are made.
Cheers :)
Not soda/pop. If you're trying to build your body, or just be healthy, you have no business drinking the stuff.

x2.
If it's pure, unflavored creatine mono I'd suggest you mix it in with a protein shake to mask the taste. Or if not a protein shake, fruit juice would be perfect.
Is it ok to take creatine mono stacked with no-explode?
thanks

X3 soda should be avoided (I still drink it on occasion, but it should be treated like any other cheat food)
After loading, you need as little as 3 grams/day for maintance. I take 3 grams every morning with my shake and then on workout days another 3 grams with my post workout shake.
Anybody have a link to some good mono at a decent price?

If i am not mistaken, caffeine will cancel/negate the effects of creating. They pretty much cancel each other out.
Yes you still take creatine on off days.
yeah I was told its best to mix it with a "sugary non-acidic" drink of some sort but I hate soda and sugary drinks anyway so I always just mix it in with my protien shake in the morning.
On a side note I have really noticed an increase in my performance at the gym since I started taking creatine mono. Its the one supplement other then protien where Im confident Im getting a tangible benefit for the money I put into it.

Creatine mono makes you bloated, i've heard people take it with gatorade, with dextrose, but nothing with actual sugar or caffeine. Not a wise idea.

Yea stay away from the regular sodas. But Diet soda is perfectly fine!
i was always told to take it with a non-acidic juice.
i take Nature's Best Creatine Monohydrate with white-grape juice.
monohydrate is the most "pure form" of creatine.
