OK, I tried Greek plain yogurt for the first time, and it's pretty disgusting. I don't really want to add fruit to it because it will ruin the fruit! What do you put it in? A protein shake? Peanut butter? TIA!

If you don't like the sour taste of plain yogurt/greek yogurt, then why buy plain?
Or alternatively...I would say fruit or granola is good, but it sounds like you can't get used to the sourness so...honey? Protein powder? I've also seen people use it in baking as well.

I used to mix a tablespoon of PB and a scoop of chocolate whey into my FF plain greek yogurt. Came out tasty.
Exactly don't buy plain otherwise .. Personally the only Plain greek yogurt I ever liked that I tasted was from Chobani (This Shyt is official) .. other than that .. add fruits to it ( straw/blue berries) etc... You could buy Granola and add that too otherwise buy Vanilla greek yogurt or strawberry flavored. ..
- straw/raps/blue-berries
- apple
- banana
- whey
- fruit/chocolate syrup
- peanut butter
- all kinds of cereal, cookies
- candy bars; snickers, mars, etc.
Just cut it into little pieces and make it fit your macros! no need to eat boring plain stuff if you don't like it..
0% fa- ge...delicious
</3 hater of greek yogurt
I add chocolate or vanilla protein powder to mine...sometimes with oats and or banana. :) strawberries would be good too!
blueberries and some kashi golean crunch is pretty good.
sweetener, vanilla extract, berries.
Or I use it in place of sour cream on a baked potato, in dips for vegetables, or to marinate chicken.
Honey and any sort of berries/fruit.
Just had this last night
vanilla no sugar syrup, apple cinnamon cheerios, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, jello non fat white chocolate pudding mix
It was nomnomnomnommmm
SF/FF jello and pudding mix. Personal favorite is vanilla pudding mix with some cinnamon and a little cinnamon toast crunch.
Chobani pwns.
My fav = cherries, blueberries, PB and granola.
Casien flavor of choice + a little water makes it sort of like pudding. Sometimes I add almonds and coconut flakes as well or some cinnamon and vanilla extract.
lately:
pb2 & s/f jello
It doesn't have to be sweet...
My girlfriend adds chopped garlic and cajun seasoning. You can use it as a "healthy" alternative to mayo in sandwiches, add it to Pasta for a creamy sauce, add it to chilli or a big dollop on top of whatever meat you're eating.
SF Pistachio Jell-O + chopped pistachios = my latest favourite
I add Greek Yogurt to the garbage can, best way to enjoy it.
Try 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract per cup or so of plain yogurt. Only 12 additional cals and 1g of sugar. much less than buying vanilla greek yogurt. I also add some plain raw steel cut oats instead of granola for some complex carbs
Valuable 2 year bump
I add cherry or strawberry jam. Sometimes lemon curd.
I add more greek yogurt to my greek yogurt...comes out awesome. If you dont like it dont eat it, that simple.
The only use I have found for plain greek yogurt is to add a packet of hidden valley ranch seasoning to use for veggie dip or to spread on a sandwhich when cutting calories. You can add a bit of milk to it to thin it if you want to use it for salad dressing. Sometimes I'll add the ranch packet and some horseraddish (not horseraddish sauce) for something different on a sandwich.
