Im 15,5"8 and my body fat% is about 15%.at the moment i do sit ups,leg lifts,planks,curls(5kg dumbbells),pull ups,push ups,and i use a bench press in my basement.i eat quite healthily and load myself with peanuts for protein.i might start taking protein shakes aswell.i was just wondering how long it should take me to see improvements of any sort so i can give myself a target and stay commited.i also run 4/5 days a week
