I am going to be taking USPLABS Pink Magic and the recommended dosage is 2 capsules 3 times a day, and on workout days take an extra 2 capsules before afternoon workout.
Is the extra dosage only for someone that does morning and afternoon workouts? I only work out 1 time a day 5 days a week (typically from 4:30pm - 5:45pm). So should I only take it 3 times a day, one before my workout or should I still take the extra dosage?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
