I am one of the few ppl who love broccoli. I have not ate broccoli since I began keto around 2 months ago. I wanted to know is it keto friendly ? I plan on steaming it real quick and drizzling with with some macadamia nut oil. Thanks

Yes, eat as much broccoli as you possibly can!!! It's perfect for keto!

Yip, it is great! Just count it into your macros.

Broccolli is considered free food, there are no Macros. You could never eat enough to effect a keto diet or your calories

Anything going into your mouth is counted period.
Since when is there "free food" on a diet.

Not true, while as far as veggies go it is a wonderful one it is still far from a free food. The carbs in it still count.
