Hey guys, I was just curious if any of you are knowledgeable enough of workout equipment to know which would be the most desirable preacher bench, and why.

First of all I probably would never buy one because it takes up too much space for a exercise that I don't feel is that important, and also, I can do preacher curls in a pretty similar fashion using an inclined bench and db's.
But, if I was to get one and price was no issue I'd probably get something like what atlantis offers:

On that machine at least you can do preacher curls on one side and spider curls on the other so it's twice as functional as a conventional preacher bench.

That does look nice. Here's a photo from their site:

I picked up a parabody one used for $75 a few years back. The nice thing is that the seat is really low so we turn it around and use the preacher pad pad as a back support (the flat side) and it becomes a perfect dumbbell press station as well.
This is the model I bought and haven't looked back. It's the most solid preacher curl I've ever used and the pad is wider than most others on the market.

That is sweet. I really like the added plate storage on it. I prefer doing preacher curls standing anyway. But the only way I could justify getting a preacher is to be able to use it as a utility bench by just facing the other way on it, so I'd have to get one that was a seated preacher curl bench. But man that is super nice. I didn't see a price listed, I guess its the old saying if you have to ask then you can't afford it.
