High fiber foods.
Example: Celery
get some psyllium husk powder, mix a scoop with water 3 times daily, you'll be regular in no time!
prunes

these can be very powerful and you may not want to drink a whole can.
Prunes, sauerkraut
Prunes for sure.
Coffee and anxiety. The perfect combo
15 beers is a sure-fire way, but you may want to try something else.
Protein bars, fruits, greasey foods.
I can eat 40 grams of fiber & still not go as soon as I'd like unless I've eaten a big salad. Lettuce really runs through my body fast.

I second the Celery. I had a problem once even Magnesium Citrate could not, uh, clear out (no joke, I previously thought that this was impossible). Eating 3 stalks of celery seemed to finally do the trick.

Yes. Haha.

More fiber is a great way.
Check out legumes (black beans, lentils, ect).
Hard boiled eggs are good too.

My dad always told me to eat oatmeal to help with going to the bathroom, but for some reason it doesn't work for me like some other foods. I'm sure it doesn't constipate me, but there are just some foods that when eaten, I better have a toilet nearby.
spicy foods make anyone else ****? garlic beef, with the oh so strong combo of spices and grease, makes me spend at least an hour on the toilet.

Well, I love kimchi, and one of my first experiences with it was eating about two pints of the stuff in one sitting, non-stop. Within 20 minutes I got the worst stomachache of my life (and I was walking to a bus stop, in the middle of an industrial area as I was leaving work) so there was no bathroom nearby. Strangely enough the stomachache didn't last more than 10 minutes but once I got to school I had to run to the bathroom. The kimchi came right out, unscathed, undigested.
Then I learned to pace myself with the kimchi. But that's never happened with anything else.
Prunes get me going.
Salad and cabbage are good. Try corn also. If you eat a bunch of corn, that will go right through you.
^^^ wow dude you need to eat

Agreed
2-4 tbsp flax seeds, freshly ground, will help.
Coffee should help you clean out the pipes. It's the first thing I drink every morning. It really is the best part of waking up.
sweet potatoes, oats, cottage cheese, bananas, brown rice all make me crap
Coffee makes me go but only when at home. I can have it at work or out and about nothing but at home 2 sips and bam im off to the office
