Studying supps
Hey guys got my finals coming up and im looking into some supps that can help me focus and allow me to work more efficiently.
I found a product here called BrainQuicken and Focus Fast that is specifically for mental clarity and focus but im skeptical of them and not sure of the prop. blend, anyone experienced any of these products?
Or would you suggest building my own stack? However as a student i must consider budget options that work :)
Suing stuff like:
Acetyl-L-Carnitine
Ginkgo Biloba
Huperzine A
What do you guys suggest? I mainly want it to mimic the effects of methamphetamines like ridalin in the way it allows me to focus and learn better..
Thanks a million! XD

A lot of people on here use Focus XT. I've never used it myself so i can't provide any feedback but I'm sure somebody will chime in.

You'll never be able to mimic prescription drugs with these products.
Focus XT + Racetams are as good a place as any to start.
Give a search on nootropics and do some reading.

Citocholine
ALCAR
Galantamine
Phenylpiracetam or Noopept
Flavoring this crap is getting to be a bitch so I may just get this new caffeine-free Focus XT and couple it with sulbutiamine and noopept.

Focus XT is a great option, ALCAR really helps cognitive function, and i've found that ephedrine really boosts my retention and clarity. ALCAR + Ephedrine is my go-to for study sessions before mid terms and finals.

My favourite part about Focus XT was how well it covered up the horrendous taste of racetams.

PLCAR > ALCAR imo
PLCAR + Caffine + NMT is awesome
