Gnc amplified mass xxx!?
Just went to gnc and picked some up..trying to seriously gain some weight, any reviews on this stuff? Any serious gains? Going to be taking this along wih jack3d as a prework, ive been taking on pro complex so i will continue doing so as well.. Please give me some feedback on this

It would be 'average' as far as gainers go. Though gaining weight depends far more on your caloric intake/macro's as a whole, not just the shakes that should be supplementing your already sound diet and nutrition plan.

ive been trying to just eat everything in sight also considering picking healthier choices though

Figure out your base metabolic rate, add 500 calories to that and make it your goal for daily calories
Calculate the calories you're taking in per day for a few weeks until you get a good idea of the numbers behind what you're actually eating, until you get to a point where you're matching your goal regularly. At that point as long as you keep a broad track of what you're eating you should be able to match your goal regularly, and gain a pound or so a week.
EDIT: As far as gaining weight is concerned, you might find yourself getting better answers over in the nutrition section.

for price per serving and profile wise its crap. If you dont mind paying that much more for just a decent weight gainer thats fine but theres far better products

This is a excellent product. 30 servings, 7 grams of creatine, good amount of good fats, vitamins, minerals and it goes down easy. i seen people gain about 10 lbs in a month on this and a better diet.

Indeed. Basically every product with a GNC logo is over-priced for what it is. None of their products are amazing, some aren't bad... but they cost WAY more than they should even on the best sales they run. Almost always better off buying other brands, even if you buy it from GNC.
Just buy a cheap protein powder that you like and add maltodextrin to it (carbo gain, etc) and you've made yourself a nearly identical copy to most mass gainers.
Alternatives just learn to eat higher calorie foods with lots of carbs in them and you'll easily be able to pack on weight. Or add oats/flax seeds/pb/fruit/etc to your protein shakes to make them into homemade gainers. Even flour works.
On a bulk eating super clean is not mandatory at all. Adding in fats and carbs is just fine. The goal of a bulk is to bulk after all and as long as you keep your calories in check (no more than 500 over maintenance) you're not gonna add too much fat if you have a good training routine.

i already have this...so is it ok to take 2 scoops (the label says take 4), but if i take 4 it only lasts 13 days, which means a lot of money. I would much rather it last a month than two weeks.
