Keto Waffle/Pancakes! FINALLY!!!!!!!!

[center][B]I BRING YOU: KETO FRIENDLY WAFFLE/PANCAKE MIX!!!!!!!!!![/B][/center]
[B]Ingredients I used:[/B]
1/4 Cup Almond Meal/Flour
1 Scoop Whey protein powder of choice (I used chocolate coconut!)
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 Whole Egg
1/2 Cup Water
1/4 Cup Coconut Milk (Take out for less carbs)
1 tbsp coconut oil
1.5 tbps heavy whipping cream
Vanilla Extract (PURE)
*My batter was pretty liquidy, whey doesn't thicken it up that much.
*Didn't get 'fluffy' as normal pancakes. Thinking cause too much water
[B]Recommended changes:[/B]
1/4 Cup Almond Meal/Flour
1 Scoop Whey protein powder of choice
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 Whole Egg
[B]1/4 Cup Seltzer Water[/B]
1/4 Cup Coconut Milk (Take out for less carbs)
1 tbsp coconut oil
1.5 tbps heavy whipping cream
Extract of Choice
[B]Instructions:[/B]
Add all dry ingredients to bowl, mix together well.
Add all wet ingredients in a cup or bowl, mix well.
Combine Wet -> to -> Dry in bowl, fold in, then whisk lightly.
[B]*IMPORTANT I DIDN'T DO THIS BUT I HEAR IT HELPS*[/B] Let batter sit in fridge for a few minutes to get cool, and do not stir it.
Add to medium heat skillet, griddle or waffle iron.
Top with favorite keto friendly syrup (I DID NOT HAVE ANY D: SAD)
Top with 2 slices of bacon cause we can :D
Makes roughly 4 (5 inch diameter) pancakes [maybe 1 waffle?]
