got damn, starting to look massive again
shoulders kinda look a bit small, but that might just be the t-shirt making them look that way
I wonder how much he weighs? He is massive so then what the heck is Dennis Wolf, I still cant get that pic of Jay and Wolf side by side in the ownage thread. Anyone know the height weight stats on Wolf?? Just monsters...

its crazy how his arms can look so soft/out of condition.. but yet, I can assure you is stomach is ripped.. crazyness
Some days back someone said that he lost his size and doesn't have a chance and all. Looking at the Vid i think we have another Victoresue comeback in Jay
I love Cutler but he's not really looking large and in charge(not saying that he wont).. Go back and check some vids of him training couple years ago.. Dayum he was big. Really hope he does well come O.
Yesterday he said hes weighing 301 again. Don't knpw how true that is. I think hes looking good, still has a lot of time to put on more size or refine what he has.

I dunno brah. I bet if Phil was in this thread with Jay you'd probably be commenting on how Phil can look so small. Jay is fuking huge man. I had never met a pro BBer until I met Jay a couple years ago. I was blown away by how much bigger he is IRL than how he appears in pics and vids.

I don't think Jay would lie about his weight. In his dvds they always show the scale.

Not really. He is taking very low rest times and using a quick tempo, it hurts like hell. Its triceps, wtf you want him to do, turn red and blow the vessels in his eyes?

Agreed. I know lots of folks bash the shape of his abs, but you can't knock Jay for not being lean. He's basically got visible abs year-round.

I really, really, really hope he can dial it in. Olympia with Phil, Kai, Victor, Rhoden, Jay and hopefully Ced will be EPIC.
Anyone also notice how he looks happier in the last few years. He just seems like he has mellowed out. I like this new Jay better.
Jay was 280 at the fit expo a week or two ago, whenever it was. Phil was 265
jay has a better frame then both kai and phil, but his past few O's we have seen a decline in the quality of his vascularity, muscle thickness, muscle striations and most importantly conditioning.
I think Jay needs to come in at the same or better conditioning then 09 to win, and I hope he does, it will be great to see a 100% cutler vs a 100% kai + phil
