I am very lean on my abs, however still get 16% out the machine. I realised this is because I have loads of fat on my legs and ass. I even competed and won my last physique show at 16%.
Now I am going for a bodybuilding show, I am wondering if you guys know where I can find old school posing trunks that cover more ass and dont look like a g string.
