Misc Gangbanger 28?
3.4 at a decent collage/ deans list? seems kinda pathetic in retrospective.
Not sure. Getting a full ride to a DII school for volleyball (as a starter) was pretty badass, but I left before the season started for personal reasons.
I'm still considering a comeback. Deploying twice with the Army is also pretty badass. Once I go back to school and earn a degree, that will probably be my greatest achievement.
1st place in My province (Nova Scotia) in Karate (sparring)
3rd place in canada for my weight and age division in karate (missed 1st by a point in overtime)
Making Team Canada and being 7th in both North and South America combined (in my weight and age category in the jr. Pan Ams last week.)
one time i broke the world record for benching in my gym, hit 725 raw. pretty great moment for me knowing i am the uncrowned strrongest bench presser in the world. lately i havent been benching for pure strength and my max is probably only about 650ish or so,you know i focus now on hypertrophy. its all good

Working full-time night shift and going to University full-time in the day and still getting straight A's. This was for my last year of Uni, not every year but still a good accomplishment; especially when you consider I went through five high schools prior to this (moved-expelled-quit etc).

At one point yes. I did promos for clubs... Me and my buddy after a while started doing it just cause the we knew a few of the owners and they would give us a endless bar tab, pay for the materials, and all we had to do was get ppl to come in. We took care of ppl and ppl took care of us. One thing lead to another and I was shoving coke up my nose and popping e. Thought I was going to keel over and die one night. One day around 8 in the morning on the way home, sniffling and eyes blood shot from a long night, my buddy calls me and says they were going to eat shrooms(trip) AND drop e(roll) (trolling, druggie style) later that night and I just hung up. Thought about it. Looked at myself and thats when I started to realize that I needed to change. To be honest it didnt happen immediately, but eventually... stepped down to the gonja and a few months later decided that was enough of that too... Now Im here

Love to here this. I work in a job where I see guys wasting themselves away on crack ******* everyday (social work). So few ever get off the stuff it's disheartening. Glad you made it bro. Have some greens

whats your secret
Being school team MVP for 3 straight years (lacrosse). I felt proud being recognized.
Also being able to tryout for team Canada U19 lacrosse. I never made it but it was something I was proud of. Just being able to compete with people of such a high level of play.

Thanks man. I know it is very disheartening. Even the Gonja... I can see friends that I know are smart and usually motivated just ruin their lives with it. Big ups to you for social work too! I do alot of service calls and installs in state departments. Its just hard to see whats going on in "your backyard", you know what i mean? Im just glad, IMO, that I was blessed enough to see the change. Any later or even sooner, I might not be here at this exact moment, writing this HAPPILY.
