I was reading a thread and saw someone posted not to eat tomatoes, carrots or red peppers while keto cutting.
Just wondering if there were other foods like that.

To be honest don't over indulge in anything vegetable wise. Vegetables contain carbs as hard as that is to believe. Apples will send out of out keto quick
Those veggies tend to be higher in sugar...eating your green veggies will give you fiber and the carb count is so neglible

Apples are fruit and fruits contain lots of natural sugars.
No milk, fruits and starchy vegetables, all dark green vegetables are safe.
Great responses!
Any opinions on krystal light mixed with water? I had a cup with dinner....it was like going through life and tasting ice cream for the first time. (i had been drinking only water and whey shakes)

not that hard to believe being that the one and only place in the world that carbs come from is photosynthesis.
Vegetables are FINE for keto. Just keep he carbs low (~<30g) and st within your macros, and try to get more fberous carbs. Apples are also fine, if eaten after a good workout along with a protein shake.
Keep the carbs very very low, and the fats very high, with enough protein to cover your LBM and you can eat whatever the hell you want.
Pogo, don't go getting people eating apples.
I'm not saying go ahead and eat them all day, just that eating them after working out or as long as you are watching your calories closely, they are ok. Dextrose is often taken post WO, and all that is, is a simple sugar. Personally I would rather eat an apple to get a simple sugar, while at least having something (tasty) to eat.
If you are cutting, bulking, maintaining or whatever, if you want to do it properly you need to keep a close eye on your daily intake.
You can have a little bit of anything you just mentioned, just not a whole lot of it. I eat regular ketchup on my eggs and tomatoes in my salads all the time. Oh no!! Calories in - Calories out is still the law of weight loss.
