Question about squats
This is my first week at the gym and yesterday was the last training of my week 1. Yesterday I trained my legs pretty much like a boss but it was my first time doing squats. Right now I can't even walk normally my leg muscles are so sore, is it normal that I feel like that? Does it mean I used my legs muscles too much ? Did I overtrain?
