Prolab's N-Large2 is the best weight gainer...tastes great, works great
also Twinlab Ultrafuel is a GREAT carb drink to throw in after your workout during bulking...has a whopping 400 calories
most of those supplements are just bull**** hype...just stick to the basics like weight gainers.
a good supplement for bulking is food, and lots of it, during bulking season, u shouldnt be taking any supplements at all, the only supplement i can think of is peanut butter bagels, hell ya, take a cinnamon raison bagel slap some pb on each side, slap it together, and down it with some milk/choco milk, now that is a supplment, thats a whopping 700 calories right there
some dextrose and whey post workout are needed year round. And what about some Olive oil or Flax, I consider that a supplement.
fish oil is the best....outdated flax and olive

quantity isn't as good as frequency. just keep frequency going throught the day. eat 6-7 smaller meals a day. best way to bulk.
as far as supplements, I like an NO for preworkout, and i take cell mass after and at night. cell mass has made a pretty big difference in my lifts, so i would reccomend it.

I've been taking this supplement called commitment stacked with dedication. I take it 4 to 5 times a week.. seems to be working pretty well for me.
1. Oatmeal
2. Rice
3. Poatoes
4. Steak
5. ON Serious Mass
