Just take the tried and true 3DMJ recipe and half it. Comes out to around 200 cals. Plus the cake is dense and expands some so it is very filling. You could even 1/4 the recipe for a nice little 100 cal chocolate cake. Ditch the chocolate topping and just use a few TBSP of SF cool whip and you are in business.
A few of my recent eats. Please pardon some of the shoddy pics, using an ancient 3g iphone in poor lighting...

It was actually a store bought cheese and tomato pizza which I added my own tinned tuna flakes too. Probably about 950 calories total. From Sainsburys (located in UK). You will not be disappointed! Just don't overcook it and you will be golden. I do about 90 seconds for the half recipe and 150 seconds for full recipe. Dense and moist every time so it's filling and satisfies the need for a dessert.
I'm in north Houston. Why are you coming down and where are you gonna be?

My half recipe is ~30g low carb pancake mix (or whatever just-add-water type pancake mix you have), 1 scoop protein powder, 2g unsweetened cocoa powder, 1 TSP granulated splenda (i don't use the packets)
Then just mix it with water until it is somewhere between soup and pudding, put it in a microwaveable container that has been sprayed with pam, then nuke it in the microwave for 90 seconds. It is that easy and seriously tastes great.
The biggest thing about the calories will depend on your protein powder and the pancake mix you buy. You can just adjust as needed to get the calories right for you. Taste will depend on how your protein powder tastes as well.

- Cook the sausage 3/4 of the way in a large pan, set aside.
- Sweat the veggies slightly in a modest amount of sausage grease (ya rly), set aside.
- Lightly scramble the eggs in the pan
- Shred the cheese as you desire
- Prepare your dough as you would for a pizza, but spread the dough length-wise over your baking sheet and stretch it. Then take a pair of (clean) scissors and cut the edges of the dough as seen in the pic; roughly 10cm.
- Layer the eggs, then sausage, veggies and cheese. Add spices as desired.
- Fold in the butt end and braid the cut edges one over the other to the end. Pinch the braids to hold them together.
* Have a small amount of olive oil on the side to dip your fingers in while braiding - this will help hold the braids during baking.
- Brush the top with olive oil, dash with pepper, rosemary and/or all spices you might want.
Bake in a 350 oven for 35-45 minutes until golden brown.
Good. Very good. Will have to make soon.
good night sweet macros
good night sweet macros
Dude,
I'll use 30 grain pizza dough, chicken, broccoli, and egg whites. Problem solved. I'll also wash it before hand. Clean as a whistle. :p
But, actually, the macros should be legit on that. I'd probably use a sausage that's around a 1:1 protein to fat ratio but I'd save the most calories from eating reduced fat cheese. I'd rather eat reduced fat cheese than reduced fat meat. Sounds good to me. My macros tend to have more fat (around 0.5g/lb) than most people.
good night sweet macros
With my version... yep.
But, it's just like any pizza. You can make it with egg whites, lean beef and fat free cheese to make a cheeseburger breakfast bread. I've done that. I've also made it with apples, uncooked oats, raisins and super thick FF cream cheese & UP2.0 cinnamon roll icing; dress the top with a little olive oil and granulated Stevia.
This thread doesn't fail to create dat dere cooking inspirations, even at 6 in the morning. Good work fella's, keep 'm coming!
