Stacked together, CRAZY Gains!!!
So I perhaps was mis-informed on how to stack these products. I just read on this thread to go 4 weeks black, 4 weeks red, 4 weeks off. Well, not knowing this, the first cycle I started I was taking both the red and the black for 4 weeks. 2 red in the a.m., 3 black prior to workout, and 2 more red after dinner. The gains I had stacking like this were ridiculous!! I gained 18 lbs in 4 weeks w/ only a 1/2 inch waist increase. Not only was there a size increase but insane strength gains as well. I was stuck at 375/245/415 on my power lifts for a month, after the 4 weeks of the red/black combo, I jumped to 455/285/500 (squat/bench/deadlift). The focus with the Black, along w/ your favorite pre-workout (I used Mr. Hyde) was phenomenal. Every set I did, I wanted to do more! More weight or More Reps, didn't matter, Just wanted MORE!!
I had almost no 'negative' side effects. The only thing I noticed was with taking the P-6 Black on an empty stomach would sometimes cause a brief (one minute or less) feeling of nausea. But again it was only on a empty stomach. To stop that I would just have a few pieces of Jerky or a protein bar about an hour before taking the Black and that put a stop to it.
Continue using other supplements with p6 ?

I plan on buying the p6 black and taking that for 4 weeks. Should I continue to take my beef protein isolate powder while using p6? It contains creatine, and BCAA's.
