actually just changing your body composition (aka lose fat) will do it.

LOL he was joking about the finger curls, his second statement about overall body composition is true though, just do more cardio.
well if i do to much cardio, then i won't gain muscle. gosh, i really gotta look for a good workout plan for me.

U have to gain knowledge about this, especially DIET.
If u dont have enough protein and carb, ur body would use the muscle tissue as fuel rather than fat. Having that said, if u do cardio, make sure to have enough protein and carb to preserve ur muscle tissue.
