whats ur weight.
im about 162 pounds
Mine are 14" unflexed ;)
i have often wondered the same thing, mine are 15.5 flexed ofcourse
u should be at least 1" after 120 (13") for every 20 pounds.
I'd say the average guy who doesn't workout probably has arms in the 13-14 inch range maybe less

Flexed? I think it'd be more like 15. My stepdad's never done a day's labour in his life, or gone to the gym, and his arms must be ~16" flexed. He's not obese or anything either, just got a bit of a belly like I imagine most men around 40 do...
should you measure flexed or non?

Mine are 17 inches cold, but i think the average is 15. But you have to remember, one guys arms could be 18 inches of muscle while anothers could be 18 of fat.

The blood pressure machines in the department stores say they're
"designed for the average adult arm approximately 9 to 13 inches in circumference."
I'm pretty sure that is unflexed, however.

^You don't measure pumped.

I was just about to say this, because yesterday I used one at our Winn Dixie, and it frickin' mauled my arm. I read that message as it was starting up, and thought, "Hmm...". It was way too tight and ended up leaving some red marks on my arm. My arms aren't even that big, but I haven't measured them in a while :|
Oh, and it ended up telling me I had a bp of 157/76 lmao

Once your unflexed arm breaks 13 that thing stops working. I was using that to track my bp while I was lifting heavy and the readings were getting higher and higher each week until I saw numbers like that and I freaked out. I went to the doctor and it was normal, but I didn't trust it so I bought a hand held one at home and haven't got a weird number since. Moral of the story, don't trust those ****ers.
wow...so my 11-12 inch arms arent even average. ouch.
lulz mines are 13.75" i think
Idk mine are 15" cold 17" flexed. Hoping to get them up to 19" cold 21" flexed. Yeah, someday right.
