Where do I find this?
Hey guy's I'm not even sure if I'd end up wanting to get one but I like seeing now workout equipment and such and haven't been able to find this online at any stores. Do you guys know where they sell chains for lifting like this one? http://www.bodybuilding.com/exercises/detail/view/name/box-squat-with-chains

Go to a marine suppliers and look for anchor chain. You'll save a fortune, and generally its easier to find larger sized links then you do at general hardware stores.

Thanks, this is literally the only type of equipment I haven't seen at my gym. I honestly didn't even know what to call it...I had a feeling it was a specific workout equipment thing but i guess it's not :).

Its often sold by the more hardcore fitness places. They buy it from the marine stores, call them 'Cobra Chainz' or some ****, and then add thier markup.
Honest opinion though, focus on the big lifts, with progressive resistance, while eating lots- and bring in the chains when you're a little older and stronger. You should be making good steady gains at your age to not be bothering with chains just yet. Just my opinion, but its your call.

^^^^ This. Build a base of mass/strength with basic lifts first.

Thanks guys and I actually found two chains in our garage...I don't know how to really set it up but I'll worry about it once I've got the basics down.
