hey guys i really need some help. im turning 15 im 6 feet tall and weigh 148lbs. i want to put on 10lbs or more by march because thats when lacrosse tryouts are. i dont mind putting on a bit off fat if that will make me stronger and bigger. if need more info i train 3-4 days a week and snowboard a lot and i dont have alot of fat on me right now, giving a guess id say im 9% bodyfat
