Statement a science teacher said - broscience or real science?
Hey all. Recently a science teacher made a statement that if someone goes to sleep within 2 hours of working out that all the work done will be for nought and that it will "turn to fat". I'm still pretty new to PT and told him I would look into the matter since I didn't have an answer for him. Has anyone else heard this? Is there any truth to it? I know personally I've never felt tired enough to sleep within 2 hours of working out as I'm usually energized for at least 3 hours. Any thoughts/insights would be appreciated. Thanks.
