This is with high intensity. If you're using enough weight, it is not easy... just because its not a lot of exercises, doesn't mean its not intense.
1 set warm up leg extention dropsets 3 sets.. good form all lifts
4 set squat, 1 warm up 3 working drop set.
4 set leg press, 1 warmup, 3 working drop set. <---- go low good form
3 set bulgarian spilt squat, You will need a bench for this, put one leg on ground, put up onto it. 3 working.
3 set seated leg press working all. Low on this one.
