In general, most people deadlift once a week. Certain powerlifting programs have trainees DLing up to 3 times a week, although the loads are constantly cycled to avoid overtraining.
Although I don't know your specific goals, I would say that a good n' heavy deadlift session once a week would be good.

Once a week at most. Sometimes alternate with Squats to avoid over-taxing the CNS. So once every two weeks if you need the break.

yeah, once a week I would say too. Deadlifts leave me sore for about 2-3 days, pretty taxing.
it depends on what else you are doing during the week, and how close to your 1RM you are trained. but in general, people do it once a week
i agree with every one who says once a week... I train legs twice per week and I squat both times, deadlift with one and SL deadlift with the other
Depends on how you train them. Straight sets with heavy weight will leave you hurting. I do them 5x5 style, using pyramid to a top set. I think I could probably do them two or three times a week like this, I never feel really burnt out the next day. But then again I squat three times a week really heavy, maybe I am just used to handling high stress.
