what to eat while cutting?
I was just curious as to what kind of foods I should look into eating while cutting and what I should be staying away from. I have done some research but everything looks about the same as bulking just don't take in as many calories. Also what are some good "small" meal foods to eat? I do eat like 6 meals a day but 2 or so are alittle smaller, and after school before I go workout I usually have a peanut butter sandwich on whole wheat and a protein shake. Is that ok? What would ya'll recommend? Thanks
