Homemade Strongman Equipment

Been working with my father inlaw to put together some strongman equipment.

Here is the yoke:

Farmers handles (unfortunately had a misscomunication about the rings and he welded those when I was gone so I have to use clamps and vice grips to hold weights):

Log press handles (sander is busted so log is on hold)

Total cost $200. Will update once I get the log done.

Excellent stuff, I like the yoke- are you able to set it high enough for pullups? Can't wait to see the log when you finish it. Keep up the good work and head on over to the homemade equipment crew thread when you get a chance, you'll be in good company. :D

It is tall enough, but I would have to drill another set of holes. I use my squat rack for pullups currently so I wasn't even thinking about that.

Cool, I've always wanted a yoke. A company that sells them over here have a pullup feature on thiers so thats what gave me the idea.
