Alternative to Mass FX? Is caffeine Tabs good for me?

3 days ago,i try taking 2 caps of Mass Fx pre workout and during workout the rash appeared again but this time only on my arms (i exercise biceps and triceps that day). 2 days ago i took 2 cap of Hyperdrol prior to sleep but none of these rash appeared.

Since i has this stupid allergy only to Mass FX do you guys have any good alternative? i miss those pump,energy,focus,etc that Mass FX gave me. Is caffeine tabs good for preworkout? i use NO-Xplode..hmm is ok..not that good but not that bad either.
