unless you're one of the fatties i see shopping for food at walmart, it's useless.
i had decent results with CLA but we subtle and over long time. I would say the costs out weighs the benefits. I was using 9g/day
yeah this is really a supplement that should be used longterm and its bennies are slight when it comes to muscle increase and fatloss, however... over a life time its use may prove to be signifigantly better than placebo.

I cycle CLA inbetween runs of T7 from Cellucor. I always found CLA ( used it since 2002) to help me maintain weightloss. T7 also turns off fat storage, it actually inhibits excess fat uptake as well with fucoxanthins. Its all about making sure fat is getting burned, but not muscle. T7 helps to increase thyroid metabolism, so if you stack it with a thermogenic you reach boiling point. On a cut nothing feels better though, lol
Load up on BCAA or EAA during workouts if you are cutting hard.
Also, T7 is a 4 week on/off type product hence why I cycle the CLA in between use. I never cut for more than 12 weeks though, so its never been a huge issue. I just had positive results at 6 caps a day of CLA ( tonalin)for 8 weeks. I felt like I could eat more, but I did not get any leaner.
