my lifts keep getting stronger so hopefully more physical changes will start coming soon.

Coach? I don't have a coach....I do this on my own.

Physique - Nails, hair, glam, muscularity, done by height class
Bodybuilding - Hair, muscularity, larger muscle mass, done by weight class

Thanks. I am trying to grow, but I am soooooo impatient. I keep eating and eating, constant DOMS in all body parts.....I just hope I am eating enough
Just got my Rogue Do wins and some chalk in the mail! Cant wait to squat in them!! And hopefully I dont get bitched at for using chalk.... (gym is goodlife fitness)

Good luck with that. Also at Goodlife and they've been hassling me about chalk lately. I have to go full ninja mode when I use it.

Ahhh what a ****ty Sunday, woke up this morning went outside couldnt see my hand infront of my face it was so foggy...
But on the bright side got my crock pot all set up and got my jerk chicken cooking, in 8 hours Ill have 6lbs of jerk chicken, lifes good lol

The gym does not open until 8am on the weekends. When I work Sat and Sun I have to be at work at 8am so no morning exercise other than early morning cardio. By the time I am done for the day, working out is no longer part of my vocabulary.

I am hoping to but I still have not made up my mind about either the provincial or Atlantics. I will give it 8 more weeks I think to decide.....want to see if I can get a little bigger first :)

My gyms been closed all weekend for renovations. Had to pay $20 drop in fees at the World Gym everyday :-(

I've been pretty lucky lately...
My gym is part of the Movaxion network. I've been living out with my girlfriend in another town for the past while, and hitting up a gym that belongs to the network... Apparently, though, you only have 4 visits to another gym on the card (per month or per year, not sure), but I've been going regularly. Looks like the girls weren't putting my card # in.
Gotten to switching my membership over, though. S'all good

Just don't remind them that you're from out of town hahaha. I hate going to my hometown and paying $8 to $10 for a day pass to train, especially when most of the gyms there are sh*t.
