Wow, most generic brands give atleast 23-25 per serving (1 scoop)
What kind do you use OP? Walmart brand SOOPER WEY?
A "scoop" is not an accurate measure of mass.
optimum whey protein give 24g of protein for each 30g scoop + some bcaa and glutamine
best one i've tried

It's not that big a deal, your body can only absorb and process so much protein at one time. Same go for nutrients. Hence when you buy tons of multivitamins you're really just buying expensive urine.

No, don't buy what he said. You don't need platinum hydro whey. Waste of $$ yet again. Get plain ol ON whey, or Myofusion.

please no one listen to this ****ing dumbass
on100% for value. btw, all protein powders have bcaa's and glutamine. they're just amino acids which are basically broken down protein.
optimum whey protein give 24g of protein for each 30g scoop + some bcaa and glutamine

You do realize that there's no protein without BCAA ?

Just out of curiosity, can you explain why you think its bullshˇt? I talked to a urologist (they guy who processed my piss test at MEPS last week) and he said practically the same thing. He straight up told me too much protein would be wasted and could eventually cause kidney damage.

Everything the urologist said is correct, but there are so many varying degrees and factors involved.
Most people taking a multi will piss it away, mostly, but there could be something that their diet is deficient in.
Drink plenty of water when on higher protein intake will be somewhat reno-protective i think . . .

Ok. Makes sense because he also told me I wasnt drinking enough water.
the only thing that matters is how much grams of protein per dollar you are getting.
none of this "scoop" or "grams of protein per serving" sh*t.
if a brand has 30 grams of protein per serving but the serving size is 50 grams, that is NOT a good ratio.
what i do when evaluating the best deal for protein is calculate how much protein is in the actual tub, then divide by the cost.
so, for example, if there is a 5 lb tub that has 22 grams of protein per serving and it has 73 servings total, that would be a total of 22*73 grams of protein in the tub, which is 1606 grams of protein. say it costs 40 bucks, then you are getting 1606/40 = 40.15 grams of protein per dollar. the more grams of protein per dollar you are getting, the better.
i'm always scouring online for the best protein deals, and i have gotten up to 65 grams of protein per dollar before (it was 26 bucks for 5 lbs, had like 24 grams of protein per serving and 73 servings).
I use intek evolution protein..34g of protein for a 40 g scoop... 160 cal and only 35 buks.
Target brand gives 25g per scoop. 1g more then vitamin Shoppe's.
Target brand gives 25g per scoop. 1g more then vitamin Shoppe's.
And are the scoops exactly the same size? Same prices?
Which brands are you even talking about?
Hydrolized Whey protein from ON
FX hydrobolic(something like that)
Nutrisport 90+
90g of protein per 100g
88.9g of protein per 100g if chocolate

not so much the multi part. About the protein absorption bit
Kaizen Protein Powder from Costco has 35g of protein per 41g scoop.
150 calories
