I have the worstest flat barbell bench form, and always kill my shoulders...I need to really focus on keeping the elbows tucked more...
Easiest thing for me was to learn the arch the bar moves in, learn leg drive, and a ton of light paused reps. Today I did smith pauses and felt awe lines of gainzzzzz.

possibly the funniest and weirdest video I have seen...

I think a lot of my problems are improper elbowz placement...I need to film if possible hopefully next Monday, I forgot my camera today, but I do plan to film squats and DLs to check form on those...
also for pull ups, I can only do 1 maybe 2, should I use a rubber band for assisted pull up to get more, or just keep doing the 1 or 2 that I can do.

Doing CGBP helped me with learning to tuck my elbows in on reg BP. Also, visualizing bending the bar in a arch has helped me as well.
As for pullups, when I was a non fatty and could do 1, I put a pullup bar above my bathroom and did one every time I needed to use the restroom (GTG basically). Quickly increased ability to do them...was busting out 5 from a dead hang before I got pregnant.

I finish off the set with negative reps if I can't get them all.

Would keep doing as many as you can then continue with negative ones.

He may as well tape that cookie directly to his StitchThandles, cause that's where it's going anyway.

Starting to notice vascularity in my deltoids, though I'm sure me being very light this time of year has something to do with it lol. Weighed in @ 173 yesterday down from 180. Starting to notice toning pretty much everywhere...even in the oblique area. Getting excited to see what I have underneath the fat...time goes by too slow!

Thought I'd give a serious answer to the threat title: how to lose belly fat and keep your boobs?
Problem: unless someone can submit valid research to the contrary, we humans can't spot reduce – i.e. burn fat in specific areas like our bellies without burning fat form our brests (without the expense of liposuction). In other words, as far as I'm aware, there's no solid research to suggest that you can actively burn the belly fat without removing the breast tissue with some special trick or supplement.
This is a BIG problem for women who want to maintain large and natural breasts because breasts tend to be at least 75% fat...
So losing fat means losing breast size.
Solution
1) do what most fitness models do - get breast implants... ;
2) lose the maximum amount of body fat possible until you reach the point where your breasts start to get 'too small'; or
3) spend thousands of dollars of 'weird tips and tricks' to burn belly fat without making your breasts smaller!!
PS. please note the sarcasm of point number 3)
PPS. It will probably be possible to spot reduce in the future with the way that nanotech and biotech is advancing.
