Always great to see another pro in here. What are your must do exercises for each body part. Also any tips when dieting down for a show. I might try and compete in a natural comp next year, would love to hear any feedback to help me on that venture.

I finished with Vin Diesel a few months ago for the Chronicles of Riddick movie.
I recently started working with Rapper / Actor Xzibit as he prepares to drop his new album Hurt Locker.
I also been working with Grammy Award winning producer Raphael Saadiq.
As for my plans to compete in the near future...... if there will be a 212 class at the Flex Pro here in Los Angeles for 2013, that is what I will be aiming for!

Well all of my muscles have been difficult to grow! With the active lifestyle that I have, it is always difficult to have a productive "off-season" and pack on that extra muscle that I would like to have. I usually take 20 weeks before a show and actually grow into that show!

It's hard to say exactly what year, but back in the late 90's early 2000's I killed myself to cut down to the middleweights (176lb. class). so getting ripped was the name of the game. Now competing in the Pro's and trying to gain muscle and find a fine line of being ripped has been much more of a difficult challenge! Hopefully soon I will figure out the correct formula again!!

At this point in my career, being able to make good money and take care of my family has been the most important or "cooler" point in my life!

When I train a bodypart twice a week, I like to incorporate volume sets of 15. first 3 sets with reps to 15 with the final 4th set with 4-8 reps. High intensity on every set too..... not just high volume pumps! Push to the max from set number one! (after warmed up of course!)

Yes Prolab was a good company back in the day! Not really sure what's going with them these days.
Biotest as well. They kind of screwed me over on a FEW things so we parted ways.
Infinite Labs has been a perfect team for me!
I no longer train Dr. Dre.... but I do however train a host of other people in the industry!
