Beta-Cret: WestlundFitness and Snowman24 gettin all yoked up.
Alright welcome to my first ever supplement log, don't expect too much from me :p.
I guess to preface let me just say that I'm pretty much a beginner when it comes to lifting, nutrition, and supplements, so if you have any advice for me it is appreciated.
I should also probably say that i'm NOT a bodybuilder, not in any way. I am an aspiring professional mixed martial artist, but moreso an average guy.

I wont go into depth right now about my schedule but a normal day looks something like this:
-Get to the gym at 6am, and train boxing for an hour, and then bjj for an hour
-At noon I shadow box 5 rounds, work kicks and knees for 5 rounds, then do some wrestling work.
-around 4pm I jog to my gym (3.5 miles) and then lift for about an hour.
-as far as lifting is concerned i generally train strength 4 days a week, and speed 3 days a week. If i do cardio beyond anything mentioned its swimming.
Obviously this changes all the time due to work and stuff like that, but hopefully this gives you a rough idea of how i roll.
I will start taking these supplements on monday. And I will be sure to keep as thorough of a log as possible.
