Obviously you weren't doing it right. That doesn't mean you give up. Just change the routine. Cut down calories and more cardio.
keep working hard, i definitely see some progress.

I bet you didnt count your calories did you? Thats like 95% of it you idiot (no offense).
i dont eat even close to as much as i used to and i worked out hard. how isnt that right?
Think about it. What you were eating prior to working out made you gain fat. Eating less than that would be considered 'maintenance' calories and eating even less than that would shed the fat right off.
Try this (if you want but this is how imma cut):
50g carbos a day
250g protein (minimum)
40g of fat
And do cardio everyday and you'll lose it all.

yep the man boobs are quite the bitch too. i have a rough setup going on
Post your daily intake - calories + macronutrients, along with weekly routine and stats (before and after).

you're such a useless *******, brb giving up like a little bish
if you want fast progress, eat 1.5g of protein per lb of bodyweight, and drop your caloric intake to 1500-2000, and comprise most of those cals of fat, minimal carbs.
then heavy lifting 40 mins 4 times a week and cardio at least 20 mins everyday.
do it *******
There is a noticeable difference or it could be the lighting however that is irrelevant you shouldn't expect much in 3 months and if you do then you need to work harder.

It isn't ****ing rocket science!
No improvements? You're doing something wrong. Go back and check.
Calories in, Calories out.
Your routine
Are you 100% on your numbers or are you guessing and rounding?
If it isn't working:
You are either lying to yourself about something or,
You're just being a lazy ass.
95% of people who do not see losses are because of the above 2.
Keep in mind it didn't take you 3 months to get fat, so it's not going to take 3 months to lose it. But you should see some change, ESPECIALLY, if you're a noob.
Edit: Just saw above post...
Goto nutrition and fat loss sections. Read stickies. You don't slack off and not listen in class/study for tests, so don't do it to your own body.

Dude, post your daily intake - calories + macronutrients, along with weekly routine and stats (before and after).
Do you want help or did you just want to make a thread bitching about your lack of progress? Your call.

And you're surprised by your lack of progress?
OP definitely looks like he's lost weight, but needs to now tweak his workout plan in order to target the areas still troubling him.
Don't just give up man. That is the beta option. You've done well so far, now you just gotta keep going in a new direction. You've got to be a fool if you think there is no difference betwen the first and second pics.

How do you target areas while losing fat?
i know i look the same. did you read what i wrote hahaha
check ur inbox bro
Less bread and sugar and simple carbs, more complex carbs and fat and protein OP, you'll stay fuller for longer and your fat ass won't overeat. Also never estimate until you've counted calories for like a month. Consistency is key blah blah etc.
you made some progress, just eat less to make it faster.

Yeah, no dairy or fruits.
Wat?

Thats your problem buddy, you barely eat. YOU HAVE TO EAT TO LOSE WEIGHT. Just make sure what you are eating is the right stuff.
Think of it like this, you cant put 1 log on a fire and expect to have a raging blaze going all day, so you keep adding wood. Thats your metabolism, you cant deprive it of fuel or else it stops.
Dont give up, nothing worthwhile is easy, remember that saying from when were kids?

The only unanswered question is the one not asked. No one will call you an idiot or put you down. Only help. More than half of these week chumps were skinny before they lifted, so all they did was add mass to a tightened body. If that werent the case this site would have a bigger transformation section.
Come over to the other forums and read up and learn. I am Robbiek426 over there as well.
*****To you other bishes out there dogging this dude for thinking about giving up, EFF you. Your scrawny little azz touched a weight and got lil bumps so you think your huge.
