I hit 185 2 times max with nice clean form this morning, doing standing over press.
Very happy.
Where is every one else at with OHP ?

last time I maxed my OHP was 5 years ago...higher BF and about 30lbs heavier, I think it was 245 or 255

Usually do seated dumbbells with 65s, 70s on a good day, but my standing would be like 135.

Did them for the first time in a year and a half yesterday.
Got 140x2. I'm 195lb currently (mini cut/body recomp)
I finally figured out how to fix my form, so I'll continue to do them. Should be able to increase 5lbs every two weeks at least.
