[/QUOTE]
cough cough, my ass. cough cough at 150 (that's Karen).
Can probably get a little more out of your bench with a little more elbow flare as you get toward the top.... you're keeping your elbows tucked pretty long, and while there's nothing wrong with it from a safety standpoint or anything, I've found that if in the last 1/2 of the ROM you let the elbows slowly flare out you might get some more LBs out of it.
Either way, bench looked noice.
Thanks Luv that means a lot!!
Ummm mater 150 unbroken I think not. 75 was the most I could get consecutive try it on for size.
Frmr that is great info I try to be obsessed with form. I will give that a go. It helps tremendously to have someone take a look and give suggestions. Thanks!!
I have an extreme heavy heart tonight. While driving home from picking up my boy we witnessed a car wreck in where a truck ran over a guy ( young man) on a motorcycle. The truck was turning left and the motorcycle was traving extremely fast in the opposite lane. The truck turned misjudging the motorcycles speed and the motorcycle sped up to beat him. The aftermath was the young man underneath the rear right tire of the Chevy, pinned under the tire. Killed/ crushed instantly. I am so shaken up. My three year old and i stopped and prayed for his family. I hope everyone stops and takes a second to slow down and realize what's important. Nothing is THAT big of a deal.
Be safe friends.
Nutrition nope
Booze nope
140 scale still laughing
Oh, that is so sad. I have never witnessed anything like that. :( We had some fast snow and wind this afternoon and there were all kinds of accidents on the freeways. Every decision we make while driving can effect someone else. Our niece was killed July of 2011 in an accident because she and a friend were drinking then decided to drive. Whitney was 20 years old. She was not wearing her seat belt, the driver was and is now in jail for two years. She (the driver) is/was her best friend as well and has to live with that decision the rest of her life. A moment in time...

Ooooohhhh, UNbroken!!!! Why didn't you say so. ;-)
BTW, sorry you had to witness something like that. It's never a pleasant experience.

I was 141 yesterday. I'm going up you are coming down we passed each other...
Crap Boomz that is really really awful:(
That's an awful thing to witness. It makes one realize how life can change in a second. :(
Congrats on your awesome workouts, behaving scale, and all around lookin fabuloso!! Have a great weekend, Boomie!
Aww, that's so sad :( We were coming home on the bus on Friday and there was a detour due to an accident. As we passed by the scene we could see a car that was completely engulfed in flames. There were apparently 2 of them. It was also very sad :( Stuff like that is so awful. Really made me appreciate the things I have in life.
Hope you're having a good weekend Boomer :)
As a motorcycle rider, I can say that cars turning left in front of you is the largest danger. You have to constantly be on the lookout, because people think that texting is more important than keeping their eye on the road.
Very sad that this one had to result in someone's death.
Strong benching, as always, b00mZ
Just as an FYI the vid of the 135 x 3 is entitled "135 x 2"
Didn't you guess another rest day.
Had a good family day today though. Went into work until 1. Sold my suburban finally!!! It was ridiculous to have a car that big for family of 3. I will miss being the monster on the road though :(
Went to the mall had some ginormous pizza now drinking beer watching the 49ers with my hubby and boy in his chair and blanket made tent. Tis the life.
P weight went up for my booze and carb infested weekend. I'm sure we will pass each other again.
Thanks flex guess it was a typo.
Vox the bike tried to beat the truck turning instead of maintaining speed or slowing down to allow her to finish the turn. They deemed her not at fault. The thing that sickened me is she stayed on top of him with her back tire. You'd think she would roll off of him. The whole thing is nuts.
It was really sad to pass that street today and see everything as normal. No spot in the street, no left over glass, nothing. Almost as if he was just erased. :(

Terrible news...I still appreciate your post because the need to slow down and pay attention is a reminder that nearly everyone could stand to hear again.
Bad news, always sorry to hear about a young rider being taken out by a car :( . . . Adding to the reminder - People in cars - put away the phones and always do a head check don't trust your mirrors.

Definitely not smart on the bike's part. You have to ride defensively, and error on the side of hitting the brakes rather than increasing speed when possible. If something's going to happen, better you're trying to make it as slow as possible. Too many people, especially sport bikes, think they're invincible.
Still tragic, and sad that you had to witness it.
That's awful, it's good you were able to relax with your family yesterday. beer and football ftw. :) Plan on watching the texans?
