I've never though about that lol I guess it's just a habit thing. I like to be far away from the pins so I don't bang them but yes it is overkill. I'll have to concentrate on that. I'll get one from the back next time yikes. I'm trying to be more consistent with my knees sometimes they cave in a little going up.

Yes I noticed the high reps I was psyching myself out because after I was done I was all those weren't that hard. You didn't go low enough retard! Ha! Definitely think I can go lower and heavier... muahaha
I haven't used a belt for anything! Not deads either I don't know when you know you need one. :confused:

A belt helps you add 200+ pounds cahrazy! I'll be squatting 400 automatic... nah

New goal beat flex's raw squats ha but you do that gangsta pause might be awhile!
The one reason I like taking just two steps back too is that I'm so close to the pins that it helps me think to keep my chest up because if you lean too much you probably will clip them a little ;).

Most people don't "need" one, but if your goal is to squat/deadlift more, a belt will help most people.

Those wraps are the best things ever! I've danced since I was six years old. Haven't been instructed since high school but I like to keep some things up plus it makes me happy so there's that and it makes everything sore!

not sure it doesnt have the weight on the ball I think the yellow was 8lbs and the green was 10lbs.
