Hovering around 200 lbs, though I haven't gotten the chance to weigh myself in 2 weeks because there's no working scale where I'm at. Probably more towards 205 now because my diet has been pretty terrible.

Anyone else catch themselves napping a lot when they're really low cal? I've eaten 3500 cals total these past three days and I can't seem to stay awake. Just ate a Victory Bar and feel ready to hit the gym.

From what I've seen, taking it any more than 1-2x per week isn't the best idea.

I've read up on people's experiences with it, but I use it once in a blue moon. 2x a week at the very most.
It does not kill anxiety at all for me, but it does make alcohol 2-3x as powerful which is great to preserve calories on a cut.

fuk...that sounds...amazing. I could probably do 4cups, but then i would have to add a few scoops of whey and other chit to enjoy it - which would mean 80-90% of my cals would be gone. been making RVC proats, so hnggg

Loooong day was long. 12 hour shift & first ever day working as a waiter. Wasn't as disastrous as I'd imagined. Still managed to spill a bottle or two lolol. Saved some cals for a lush belgian chocolate sponge cake & a crisp cider for the end of my shift on the house from the chefs. Beaut.
