I do alot of dynamic stretching and warm up. Basically the agile 8 stuff. Need to get hardcore at home about it. I take multis but that's really it. Long walk yesterday helped loosen me up.
You gotta heat it up when you need to train, even on bench day and I'd even brace it if you can find one.
Then you need to find some natural things for inflammation. That will help as well. Then train around it.

I started wearing braces at the behest of my old pal Kara Bohigian Smith. She told me to get used to them and as I have gotten older, they become more and more crucial. Especially with injury, they keep the area warm and some compression seems to really help. I don't go crazy with tightness but, it makes a significant difference for me.

Craig's wife? Well, I shouldn't call her that because she's well known in her own regard :) but I "know" Craig from some online poker forums I used to frequent back in the day. He is a terrifyingly strong man.
Yep, Kara and I go back a pretty good ways and Craig is the real deal.

Nice that the pain is subsiding.
