I've done stuff like thgst before with my schedule so crazy. Legit hit legs them went back and did arms later . just put the work in brah its better than not doing it

just cause ronnie is big, doesn't mean he eats a whole lot. look at michael phelps, he eats more than ronnie. i could probably devour about 3/4th that in a day if not close to all of it if i had been dieting for months
