Didn't count macros today or yesterday. Definitely didn't eat enough yesterday.
Bad news, parents aren't going to let me go to the gym because I don't have a job. Fuking retarded reason but now I'm stuck with finding weights. I've emailed alot of people already about buying a bench, squat rack, bar and weight plates. The bar and plates are most likely going to be pieces of **** straight bar and plastic weights. Good equipment is expensive as fuk.
In 2 months I have fitness class so I'll be in the weightroom hopefully 3x/week then, and at least once I get my home gym going I can lift with increased consistency and frequency!!
This happens more often than not, I'm not too surprised that your parents pulled rank. That sucks dawg, how tough will it be to get a job?

It's not even like if I get a job they'll let me go. They're fuked up they just want to control me and won't let me grow up. Just random excuses. Gonna be pretty tough.

I've said 100 times already I live in the middle of nowhere. Closest gym is 40 mins away and the ONLY way I have of getting there is with my friend. I don't have my G2 so I can't drive myself or have a car.

That's okay brah, I've found a squat rack for 130$. Pretty expensive but gotta do what you gotta do.
Impressed by ohp and dl itt
Dude, it's not even hard.
- Buy a Squat Rack
- Buy a Bench
- Buy a barbell and ~400 pounds worth of weight
????????????????
Profit.
You can get it all for $300-400 if you look hard enough, that's really not much .
Forget about dumbbells for now, when you have money down the road, try the Bowflex ones that go up to 90lbs or something. For now just stick with the bar, it's all u need srs.
^dudes right
All you need is a barbell, rack, and 400lbs of weight. People are getting rid of it on Craigslist and eBay all the time

I know that's what I want to buy. I'm hoping to get it all for under 300$ which would be great. I found a rack and bench for 70$ I'll phone tomorrow.

My suggestion to you would be Calisthenics. I've seen many a workouts and it requires no weights. Just a playground.

Yup that +a bench is all I intend on getting.
Been looking on Kijijii
You could try any gyms in the area, I know they're far away but you could give them a call and see if they're looking to get rid of any equipment?
Best of luck getting it sorted bro !

Fran I love your dedication that you would buy such terrible equipment. But srs, it sucks you don't have the cash to buy a full on set up, I feel blessed: I have 560lb of rubber weights, a squat rack, a pull up bar, a dip station, an Olympic 7ft bar, 2 Olympic DBs, an adjustable bench and a weight tree.
On the bright side, you will look so badass when that bench breaks from all the weight you'll be moving ;)

Laughed hard at that bro :D
Got damn...how do you pay for that? That would cost a fortune for me. Yeah like I said it's only for another couple months, then I get the weight room back in a fitness class.

All up well over a grand, but I buy periodically and prioritized what I needed. I could get by with just the squat rack, barbell and weights for sure, but the rest is extra nice :D

Yes I'm just going for the essentials. Now I just have to get more weights and I'm good.

The only thing I'm afraid of is buying a really ****ty one that is poorly put together and having it break. Would you let me know how it works for you when/if you get it?

Just have to keep eating while I'm waiting for my weights
