One of my friends from back at Caltech is trying to convince me to fly back to LA before the 21st so we can go to Waxman's see Klokov/Ilya together. I was just in LA! But I won't be able to go back for the 21st. I missed them by two damn weeks!

No, Berkeley. The seminar is 199. Coaching+seminar is 299. I think non-members can go but I'm not sure.

Was just planning on some lightish power cleans since this is a deload week for me, but I felt ok so I went heavier. These came out of left field, lol. Comeback PRs

Not bad!
Like you said you're pretty erratic off the floor. Also make sure you're getting your shins vertical right away, and focus on fully extending. Solid lift though!

Anybody else feel like their training keeps them structured and mentally competent? I've been pretty busy at work the last 2 weeks or so and wasn't able to follow my program consistently, and I feel like the rest of my life went to **** simultaneously (eating well, sleeping well, keeping my room clean, etc.). This week I've gotten back on track and everything else is better.
Real E/N post, I know but wanted to see if anyone else felt similar about their training.

You train behind a sliding glass door? So you just get random people walking up to the glass and 'miring?
