So if im using whey, do i omit milk or add whatever op has suggested. I plan on using Cottage Cheese and cream cheese. Also how do you dudes get the top so smooth, for some its all cracked up. Gonna make a choco pb one, rvc and cin roll.
If you are using whey follow the OP's recipe. You have to cook the cake just right so it doesn't crack up. It is question of minutes. It is suggested to cook the cake on lower heat for a longer time to prevet that. I am cooking my cakes 70minutes@200 celsius. (not a good reference as I have quite small oven)

I don't have any protein powder, so i was hoping for something like strawberries, chocolate etc... And i'm not looking for it to add THAT many calories

I already have most of their products, but I was hoping to use real food instead
Sour cream with blended berries bananas cocoa etc works well
anyone ever use dry milk instead of whey? obviously it is of lower protein content but i don't mind.
im running out of whey protein and don't really want to buy it anymore (would rather get protein from whole foods)

Never used whey. Using flour as a substitute. Going to bake a cocoa cheesecake today. Pics tomorrow ;)

Dont use protein powder. I did once, couldnt taste it...and havent since. Unless you need the extra protein in there, it wont detract from the flavor etc. of your cake.

how much flour? 1/4 cup?
how much flour? 1/4 cup?
Depending how much batter you plan making and depending your pan size. I am using 8" pan and using 100g of flour. You can check my recipe in earlier post how much batter I make and flour use. I'd say the safest bet is to use the same ammount you would use as of whey.

Keep us posted. Just took my cocoa one out and smells damn good!
tried a pb cheesecake with OPs recipe posted earlier in this thread...
4tbsp natty pb + 4tbsp pb2...
turned out decent, but could probably use even more pb which messes up the macros too much IMO :/
cocoa cheesecake will be next
