I'm sure I could have gotten another rep on bench if I had a spotter. My wrist and right lat were still feeling sore and I think that affected my lifts a bit. I will repeat all weights next time.

As usual, i was running low on time and was't going to be able to complete everything, so I skipped the Underhand cable rows. Considereing the weights were heavier, I think all the lifts went well. I will repeat all the weights though.

For some reason I just wasn't feeling it today. I should have been able to do a few more reps on everything, especially deads. I was wiped out and had to get to work, so didn't end up doing the leg curls. All weights will be repeated next time.

Today everything went really well. My new estimated 1rm is 205. I will also raise Inclines to 70 though I know that is going to be a struggle. I ended up getting one more re than previous on arnolds and did much better on dips, but will repeat the weight on both.

My new 1rm for pull ups is 230 and press is 115. The rows weren't quite there, so I will repeat the weight and i didn't have time for Cable rows. I will repeat face pulls also, and raise curls to 35.

Everything went well today. My estimated 1rm is now 355. I'm going to keep shrugs at 285, but raise RDL to 235 and lying leg curls to 100.

I did paused reps on bench today which really wore me out more than normal. My tri's were giving out on the inclines early. I rested a little and did ok on the arnolds and dips, but all the weights will have to be repeated.

I didn't use straps and I think that hurt the rows. I also did the curls on an incline bench and I think that lowered them quite a bit. All weights will be repeated.

Not my best day. I did double overhand on the deads the whole time which wiped my grip and didn't ave straps which made the shrugs much worse. My hip flexor and hamstring were also causing me some issue so I stopped after shrugs. All weights wil be repeated.

Bench felt good, but i didn't have a spotter so only managed 8 reps. My eating and sleep wasn't so good the previous couple days and i think that affected my endurance. And all the time off i've had lately. All weights will be repeated.

Nothing went to good today. I've been so inconsistent the last few weeks as I've done a bunch of 4 day motorcycle trips and playing soccer and softball. The numbers are staying steady or even going down slightly, but Im ready to get back at it steadily again so I expect better results in the weeks to come. All weights will need to be repeated.

I wasn't feeling very good. Think I have a cold. Was just feeling drained and had no spotter so only 4 reps on bench and was wiped out, so left after 3 sets of incline.

Though the reps were good for shrugs and rdl I didn't feel as though my ROM was good enough so I will repeat those weights. My hamstring started cramping on the second set of curls. i stretched a bit and tried another set, but it happened again so stopped at 3 sets.

My inconsistency is showing. I guess going to 4 day music festivals, lack of food, sleep and too many drinks without getting in the gym will affect my gains. I actually did 3 reps on bench, but needed a bit of help from the spotter on the last one. New 1rm is 200. I did a little better on incline and arnolds, but not much. All weights will have to be repeated.

New 1rm for pull ups is 225 and 120 for Military press. I was so close to getting a 3rd rep on the pull ups, I think next macro it will be pretty easy. The cable machine was busy and I couldn't get on the face pulls without waiting a long time. All weights will be repeated.

This didn't go so well. My right quad has been bugging me either from soccer or a bike ride. I didn't think it would effect my deadlift too much, so gave it a go anyway, but the strength wasn't there. I got a call mid workout and had to leave, so didn't finish. I will repeat all weights.
